Antidumping investigation into Solar Panels from China
The European Commission started an investigation into the imports of is crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules or ‘solar panels’, as well as into the cells and wafers of the type used in solar panels. Several European manufacturers have apparently complained that solar panels were being dumped on the European Market.
The products that are allegedly being dumped are those of tariff heading 3818 00 10, 8501 31 00, 8501 32 00; 8501 33 00; 8501 34 00; 8501 61 20; 8501 61 80; 8501 62 00; 8501 63 00; 8501 64 00 and 8541 40 90.
End of February 2013, the European Commission announced to extend its investigation to SOLAR GLASS from CHINA as well.
